Fursuit / Plushsuit Sales Terms & Safety Policy
These Terms apply to the purchase and use of Fursuits, Plushsuits, custom-made items, and other wearable products sold by us (collectively, the "Products").
Before purchasing, please carefully review these Terms and the specifications and precautions listed on each product page, and proceed with your purchase only once you understand and agree to their contents.
Article 1: Nature of the Products
The Products are specialized wearable items that differ from ordinary clothing.
Depending on the type, construction, and specifications of a Product, the following conditions or risks may occur:
- Limited or no visibility
- Reduced hearing
- Restricted movement of the body and joints
- Increased body temperature and heavy sweating
- Dehydration
- Falling, or collisions with surrounding objects or people
- Pressure on the body
- Difficulty breathing
- Anxiety or panic
- Difficulty removing the item due to zippers, locking mechanisms, etc.
Products that cover the head or entire body, one-piece (integrated) designs, products with no or severely limited visibility, products that restrict body movement, and products fitted with locking mechanisms may require greater care than an ordinary fursuit.
Purchasers and wearers must understand the characteristics and risks specific to each product and use it with safety as the top priority.
Article 2: Safety Check Before Use
Before each use, always check that the product body, stitching, zippers, locking mechanisms, and other components show no abnormalities.
Before wearing the product, also confirm the following:
- The correct way to put on and remove the product
- How to remove the product in an emergency
- How to check visibility and your surroundings
- How to operate the zippers and locks
- That the environment allows for adequate rest and hydration
If using the product for the first time, begin with a short period of wear in a safe indoor environment.
Article 3: Safety Monitor
For products with no or severely limited visibility, products that significantly restrict body movement, or products where the wearer may have difficulty removing the item quickly on their own, do not use the product alone — use it together with an adult safety monitor who can assist immediately in an emergency.
The safety monitor must remain within a range where they can observe the wearer's condition, immediately stop use if any problem occurs, and assist with removal as needed.
For products with a locking mechanism, check the unlocking method before use and make sure it can be unlocked quickly in an emergency.
Article 4: Precautions During Use
Wearers must fully check their own physical condition and the environment of use.
Avoid continuous wear for long periods, and take appropriate breaks with sufficient hydration.
Stop use immediately if you experience any of the following symptoms or abnormalities:
- Severe heat
- Difficulty breathing
- Dizziness
- Nausea
- Heart palpitations
- Numbness
- Severe fatigue
- Anxiety or panic
- Any other physical or mental abnormality
If necessary, promptly consult a medical institution or call emergency services.
Article 5: Use in Hazardous Environments
Fully consider the visibility, range of motion, and other characteristics of the Product.
The risk of accidents is especially high in the following locations and situations; avoid use there, or ensure thorough safety measures are taken by a safety monitor:
- Roadways and near vehicles
- Stairs, steps, or elevated areas
- Bodies of water
- Near open flames
- Extremely hot environments
- Crowded places
- Slippery surfaces
- Any other environment posing a risk of falling, collision, burns, drowning, etc.
For products with no visibility, do not walk or move in an environment where safety cannot be adequately ensured.
Article 6: Conditions Under Which Use Is Prohibited
Do not use the Product under any of the following conditions:
- While under the influence of alcohol
- While under the influence of illegal drugs or similar substances
- While in a condition that affects normal judgment or physical control
- While feeling unwell
- While extremely fatigued
- Any other condition in which safe use is judged to be difficult
Article 7: Size and Fit
Before purchasing, check the compatible height, body measurements, and other sizing conditions listed on the product page.
Forcing a poorly fitting product onto your body can not only damage the product but also lead to excessive pressure on the body or difficulty removing it.
Due to the nature of custom-made products, size mismatches resulting from the purchaser's own measurement errors, incorrect size information provided, or other circumstances on the purchaser's part are generally not eligible for return or exchange.
However, this does not apply where the product was made with dimensions clearly different from the order due to a manufacturing error on our part.
Article 8: Modification and Dangerous Use
Do not use the Product in any manner that endangers life or physical safety.
In addition, if the zippers, locking mechanism, internal structure, or other safety-related parts are modified or altered in a way we did not anticipate, we are not responsible for any accident, malfunction, or damage resulting from such modification or alteration.
Article 9: Emergency Response
If the wearer's life or physical safety is at risk, prioritize the safety of life and body over protecting the product.
If normal removal is difficult, promptly remove the product even if this requires cutting or damaging the zipper, stitching, fabric, or other parts as necessary.
If a serious abnormality is observed, immediately call emergency services or take other necessary action.
Orders & Payment
Article 10: Formation of Orders
A sales contract is formed once the purchaser places an order using our designated method and we accept that order.
For custom-made items or commissions, the order becomes final once we have provided a quote, the purchaser has paid the required deposit, and we have confirmed receipt of that payment.
Article 11: Custom-Made Items & Commissions
Custom-made products are made based on the reference sheet, images, body measurements, and other information provided by the purchaser.
We may be unable to accommodate major design changes, specification changes, or size changes once production has begun.
Even where such changes can be accommodated, additional fees and an extended delivery time may apply.
Due to the nature of handmade products, minor differences in color, fur texture, shape, left-right symmetry, and other aspects may occur between the reference image or digital design and the finished product.
Article 12: Payment
Please pay for products according to the method and deadline stated on the product page, quote, or invoice.
For commissions, in principle, 50% of the total is paid as a deposit at the time of contract, and the remaining 50% plus shipping is paid upon completion.
Where different payment terms have been individually agreed, those terms take precedence.
Available payment methods are those we indicate at the time of order or invoicing.
Shipping & International Delivery
Article 13: Shipping Fees
Shipping fees vary depending on the size, weight, destination, shipping method, and other factors of the product.
Unless otherwise indicated as "free shipping," "shipping included," or similar, shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
For products such as custom-made items where the final packed size and weight are not determined at the time of order, shipping costs may be calculated after completion or once the item is ready to ship.
Article 14: Shipping Method
For domestic and international shipping, we use the carrier and shipping service we determine to be appropriate, taking into account the destination, size, weight, price, and other conditions of the product.
In principle, we use a trackable shipping method.
For international shipments, we may use EMS, FedEx, or other appropriate international shipping services.
If a tracking number is issued after shipment, we will notify the purchaser.
Article 15: International Shipping, Customs Duties, etc.
For international shipments, customs duties, import consumption tax, VAT, customs clearance fees, carrier disbursement fees, and other costs may be incurred in the destination country or region.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, these costs are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Purchasers should also check the import regulations, customs systems, and other clearance conditions of their own country or region in advance.
Article 16: Customs Declarations
For customs declarations required for international shipments, our basic policy is to declare an amount close to the actual value of the product.
We will declare the product description, quantity, price, and other information appropriately in accordance with applicable laws, customs regulations, and carrier rules.
If a purchaser requests that we declare an amount significantly lower than the actual value of the product, declare a false product name or description, or make any other improper declaration for the purpose of avoiding or reducing customs duties or import taxes, we will not comply with such a request.
In addition, customs authorities or carriers in the destination country or region may request additional documentation, invoices, or other materials regarding the declared price or other customs declaration content.
Customs duties, import consumption tax, VAT, customs clearance fees, and other costs incurred at the time of import are the responsibility of the purchaser in accordance with Article 15, unless otherwise expressly stated.
Article 17: Shipping Delays
After shipment, delivery may be delayed due to weather, natural disasters, flight schedules, customs inspections, customs clearance procedures, the carrier, circumstances in the destination country, or other circumstances beyond our control.
We will provide information on the expected shipping date and tracking information to the extent possible, but we do not guarantee the arrival date and time after the item has been handed over to the carrier.
If a shipping problem occurs, we will cooperate as needed, including by requesting an investigation from the carrier.
Article 18: Loss or Damage During Shipping
If loss or damage occurs during shipping, please contact us promptly.
We will respond within a reasonable scope, including investigating with the carrier and filing compensation claims.
Where carrier compensation applies, the terms and procedures of that carrier's compensation policy will apply.
We are not responsible for the occurrence of delays or other events that occur after handover to the carrier and that are not attributable to us, except where we bear legal responsibility.
Article 19: Shipping Information & Reshipment
Purchasers must provide accurate name, address, postal code, phone number, and other information necessary for shipping.
We may be unable to accommodate address changes after shipment.
If a product is returned due to an incorrect address entered by the purchaser, prolonged absence, refusal of receipt, refusal to pay customs duties, or other circumstances on the purchaser's part, the shipping costs for reshipment, return shipping costs, and any other actual additional costs incurred are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Cancellations, Returns & Warranty
Article 20: Order Cancellation
For ready-made items, the cancellation conditions after an order is confirmed are shown on each product page or the order screen.
For custom-made products, because materials are secured, the design is adjusted, and production is carried out specifically for the purchaser, we generally do not accept cancellations for the purchaser's convenience once the order is finalized and production has begun.
Where an individual agreement exists regarding the stage at which cancellation is possible and the refundable amount, that agreement takes precedence.
Article 21: Returns & Exchanges
For custom-made products, products made according to the purchaser's specifications, and other individually produced items, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for the purchaser's convenience.
For ready-made items as well, any items designated as non-returnable will be indicated as such on the product page and purchase screen.
However, please contact us in the following cases:
- A different product from the one ordered was delivered
- Significant damage or a defect was confirmed at the time the product arrived
- The product clearly differs from the main specifications agreed at the time of order due to a manufacturing error on our part
After confirming the condition of the product, we will individually propose a reasonable resolution, such as repair, exchange, remake, or return/refund.
Article 22: Confirmation Upon Arrival
After the product arrives, please check its condition as promptly as possible.
If damage during shipping is suspected, do not dispose of the product, packaging materials, or outer box; keep photos or video showing the condition, and contact us.
Article 23: Repairs & Warranty
If a manufacturing defect on our part is confirmed, we will determine our response after checking the details and the conditions of use.
Damage caused by normal wear and tear, deterioration over time, damage caused by the purchaser or a third party, improper use, storage, or cleaning methods, unauthorized modification, or other causes not attributable to a manufacturing defect on our part is not eligible for free repair.
Where a paid repair is possible, we will provide the repair cost, shipping fee, and other details after confirming the condition.
Intellectual Property & Photography
Article 24: Intellectual Property Rights
Purchase of a product does not transfer copyright or any other intellectual property rights to the purchaser in the product design, photographs, videos, text, logos, patterns, production methods, or other content created by us and to which we hold rights.
The purchaser shall not, without our permission, reproduce and sell our products, designs, or other materials, reproduce or distribute our patterns, or otherwise infringe our intellectual property rights.
Intellectual property rights in characters or other materials for which the purchaser holds the rights belong to that rights holder.
Article 25: Third-Party Characters, etc.
It is the purchaser's own responsibility to confirm that they hold the necessary rights or license to use any reference sheet, character, logo, or other material they provide.
If we determine that a request may infringe a third party's intellectual property rights, we may decline to produce the item.
Liability & Use by Third Parties
Article 26: Use by Third Parties
If a person other than the purchaser will use the Product, the purchaser must fully explain these Terms, the product-specific precautions, the correct method of putting on and removing the item, and the anticipated risks to that user in advance.
For products in particular that restrict visibility or body movement, the purchaser must also share the safety management methods with the user.
Article 27: Responsibility of the Purchaser & User
The purchaser and user shall understand these Terms, the safety precautions listed on the product page, and the characteristics of the product, and shall use the Product in a safe environment and manner.
We are not liable, beyond the scope attributable to us, for any accident or damage arising from the purchaser's or user's violation of these Terms, misuse, use in a hazardous environment, unauthorized modification, or other cause attributable to the purchaser or user.
Article 28: Our Responsibility
Where damage is caused to the purchaser due to a cause attributable to us, we will be liable in accordance with applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms exempts us from liability for our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or from any other liability that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Terms & Consent at Purchase
Article 29: Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms in accordance with applicable law where there is a change in law, a change in our services, or another reasonable necessity.
The revised Terms will be posted on our website or elsewhere.
For contracts already formed, the terms in effect at the time the contract was formed shall generally apply, except where the revised Terms apply as a matter of law or by agreement between the parties.
Article 30: Confirmation & Consent Before Purchase
Before finalizing an order, the purchaser shall review these Terms and the specifications, safety precautions, price, shipping fee, payment terms, delivery time, and return/cancellation conditions stated on the product page.
On the purchase screen, by checking the box that reads:
"I have read the Sales Terms and Safety Precautions, and I agree, having understood the characteristics of this Product, the risks involved in its use, and the terms regarding payment, shipping, returns, and other matters."
and confirming the order, the purchaser is deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
