Shipping & Customs

We ship worldwide by courier. Shipping is a flat fee set per product — the same amount wherever you are in the world. It's shown on each product page and added to your order total at checkout (some products include shipping). For Semi Order and Custom Commission, shipping may instead be finalized when your order is packed and billed with your second payment.

Production and shipping timelines vary by product: ready-made items ship promptly after purchase, pre-order items ship within the window shown on the product page, and custom commissions follow the timeline agreed during your quote.

Shipping costs depend on the size of the item, so for custom commissions we'll let you know the shipping cost once your piece is finished. We're also happy to give you a shipping estimate in advance — feel free to contact us.
