Returns & Refunds

Ready-made items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in their original condition. If you'd like to return an item, please send it back first — once we receive it, we'll process your refund. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Semi Order and Custom Commission items are made specifically for you, so once production has begun they are generally not eligible for a refund. If there's an issue with the quality or content of the finished piece, please contact us — we'll work with you to resolve it.
